Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to send your package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
